Anne (Andy)MORETONnee Baxter of Manaton, Devon. Farmer and Artist, loved by many, died peacefully after a short illness in Exeter Hospital, on 6th January 2021. The Funeral Service will be held at St Winifred's Church, Manaton, on Wednesday 27th January at 3pm. Due to current restrictions this will be by invitation only.
